Ingredients: 4 yolks 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 2/3 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon strong brew green tea Methods: * 1. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and soy sauce until fluffy. * 2. Blanch cream; Remove from the heat and add the cold tea. Add the egg mixture and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. * 3. Strain or blend the mixture, then freeze. Stir the mixture several times to get a smoother texture. * 4. When the mixture is partially frozen, break the crystals by stirring.Ice cream should be served soft.
